“After the concert, law enforcement officers entered the musician’s dressing room, they didn’t let anyone in for about an hour ... they made an administrative protocol”, - said Usayev, who was also one of the organizers of the concert in the capital of Bashkiria (quote from RIA Novosti).
He does not know the article according to which the administrative protocol was drawn up, but he added that Shevchuk flew to St. Petersburg, and in a few days he had a concert scheduled in Moscow.
The reason for drawing up an administrative protocol for the artist could be the speech he delivered after the concert. In particular, the musician shared his attitude to the special operation of the Russian Federation, the concept of Motherland, and mentioned the president.
“Motherland, friends, this is not the president’s ass, which must be moistened all the time, kissed. Motherland is a beggar grandmother at the station selling potatoes”, - Shevchuk said from the stage.
His actions could be considered in accordance with Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces. The Bashkiria police have not commented on the situation at the moment.
“Motherland, friends, this is not the president’s ass, which must be procrastinated all the time, kissed. Motherland is a beggar grandmother at the station selling potatoes”, - Shevchuk said from the stage.
