On May 31, it became known that applications were sent to Rospatent for the registration of the brands “This is him”, “Just him” and “Compass”. Prior to this, the business owner registered the brands "Only so", "Fun and Tasty", "The Same" and "Svobodnaya Kassa".

Recall that on May 19, McDonald's announced the conclusion of a sale and purchase agreement with the current licensee Alexander Govor. Govor has acquired the entire portfolio of McDonald's restaurants and will operate them under the new brand. Since 2015, he has been a McDonald's licensee and operates 25 restaurants in Siberia. One of the conditions of the agreement was the preservation of jobs. In particular, network employees will work on equivalent terms for two years.
