The decision was sent by the court for a new consideration, according to RIA Novosti.
It's worth reminding that Zuyev was arrested until June 5 in the case of fraud on an especially large scale with government contracts. Shaninka was a party to a contract under which funds belonging to the Fund for New Forms of Education Development were stolen.
The suspect in the case is the ex-deputy minister of education and former vice-president of Sberbank Marina Rakovav. The defendants in the case are suspected of fraud and embezzlement of more than 21 million rubles.
Zuyev does not admit his guilt.
