Earlier, Madiyev was detained due to problems with documents and taken to a special detention center.

Madiyev became famous online when his coach Rizvan Oshurmamadov posted a video from a training session on the TikTok social network, where the fighter performs the leg pass exercise. The video was captioned “Moscow. Metro station "Lublino". We are working". The footage was accompanied by a remix of the song In Da Club by rapper 50 Cent. The video went viral and got over 30 million views. Parodies of the video with Madiev were filmed by Zenit, CSKA, Lokomotiv, Real Madrid and La Liga football clubs.

The athlete is 25 years old, he had three professional fights in MMA.
