“I stop maintaining social pages and any public activity. Now I will be engaged in the implementation of the tasks set by the Prosecutor General of Russia in accordance with the Federal Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation", - Poklonskaya RBC quotes a statement.

The day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on her resignation from the post of deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo.

"President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a Decree on my dismissal from the post of Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo in connection with my transfer to another job. I am grateful to our president for his support and trust”, - Poklonskaya said.

It's worth reminding that she took this post in early February this year, when the head of state dismissed her from the post of ambassador to Cape Verde. She did not become a diplomat "for personal reasons". Previously, she was the prosecutor of the Crimea.

After that, the Crimean State Council announced that they intended to consider depriving Poklonskaya of state awards for her opinion about the symbols of the military special operation in Ukraine.
