The service clarified that from this day on, all restrictions imposed on the debtor will also be set automatically - bans, imposition and removal of arrests, deferment and installment plan, foreclosure and cancellation of collection on the debtor's funds, salary or other income.

Recall that in March, the bailiffs stopped transferring payments to collectors with foreign origin. Large collection agencies have faced problems, including a subsidiary of the German EOS Group EOS, ID Collect, which is part of the IDF Eurasia group registered in Cyprus and many others. It is noted that according to the FSSP, subsidiaries of foreign banks Rosbank, Unicredit and Raiffeisenbank were also classified as non-resident companies.
