Eight people died in an accident with a truck in the Orenburg region

According to Interfax, the accident occurred on July 3 on the Orenburg-Orsk highway.

"The driver of a Hyundai car, moving from the direction of Orsk, drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Lada, after which one of the cars hit the truck", - the report says.

Seven people died immediately, another died on July 4 in the hospital: despite all the efforts of the doctors, it was not possible to save him. In addition, several people were injured, they needed the help of neurosurgeons and traumatologists. There are no children among those hospitalized.

One of the victims in a stable serious condition remains in intensive care, another was transferred from the intensive care unit to the ward of the department.

On the fact of the accident, the security forces launched a pre-investigation check.
