Kiev said that a dry cargo ship under the flag of the Russian Federation illegally exported grain from Ukraine.
Uskenbayev said that the contract with the company could be terminated if legal norms were violated. The legal assessment of the situation will be given by the Turkish side, which is now investigating the origin of the cargo. Then it will become clear whether there are grounds for terminating the contract and returning the vessel.
It's worth reminding that on June 30, the ship under the Russian flag left the port of Berdyansk. Kiev insists that the ship is allegedly involved in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain. The ship was detained in the Turkish port of Karasu. Reuters reported that the dry cargo ship carried 4.5 thousand tons of grain, but customs said 7 thousand tons.
