Stewardess caught stealing $6,400 from a plane passenger

The tourist was returning from Turkish Antalya to Moscow. On board the plane, he forgot a wallet with 8.7 thousand dollars. The passenger's purse was found in a couple of hours, but some of the funds were not in it.

The police detained a 35-year-old flight attendant, who was suspected of theft. She admitted that she took some of the funds from the found wallet. Then she took it to the room of forgotten things.

The suspect has now been charged with theft. The flight attendant was released on bail, according to the transport department of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Central Federal District.
