The Primorsky court dismissed the lawsuit against H&M on discrimination against Russian buyers

According to the lawyer, the closure of H&M stores in the country is discrimination against Russian buyers on the basis of nationality. At the same time, Kachan was not surprised by the court's decision.

“As my colleague said: “The Spassky District Court did not take on the role of a revolutionary in judicial practice” and sent me further to appeal”, - Kachan commented on the outcome of the trial.

It's worth reminding that H&M, which left Russia, will temporarily open its stores for the final sale of leftover goods in connection with the decision to completely stop working in the country and sell all assets.
