In connection with the anti-Russian sanctions, Asia, the Middle East and Africa were named promising areas. The project is aimed at combining goods from manufacturers and optimizing logistics.
The public procurement website indicates that the starting price of the project is 24 million rubles. The Contractor undertakes to analyze the models of work of export deliveries of products and develop its own version based on at least 20 interviews among agricultural producers.
As a representative of Agroexport pointed out in a conversation with RBC, the national distributor must have access to logistics and storage of goods. If it is a private company, then it should not compete with independent exporters. It is likely that some functions of the distributor will be outsourced to providers.
The new structure will assist Russian companies in finding a partner abroad, delivering goods or clearing cargo through customs. Basically, these will be paid services, but partial compensation is expected.
Note that the department allowed the introduction of counter-sanctions - a ban on the import of seeds from the European Union and the United States. Already, the government has announced to the regional authorities to increase the purchases of domestically produced planting material.
Earlier media suggested that the Ministry of Agriculture is considering the idea of a seed embargo. The supply of seeds from the French companies Lidea France and Limagrain Europe has already been limited to Russia since July 6 under the pretext of violating the rules of phytosanitary safety of products. According to market participants, Russian farmers annually spend about 140 billion rubles on seeds, of which 80% is paid for imported seeds.
