Kommersant: Bosch is looking for a buyer for Russian assets

As Kommersant writes , citing a source in the Russian electronics market, the company simply "does not understand what to do with Russian capacities." They don't make a profit. Other market participants are considering the possibility of acquiring them. In particular, a number of companies have already shown interest in buying factories, but the price announced by the heads of the German company did not suit them.

According to the interlocutor of the publication, the plants cost about 65-75 million euros, but now, in the conditions of production shutdown, their price is several times lower.

At the same time, Kommersant was told in Bosch itself that they did not comment on the rumors.

In March, the German company stopped the export of its spare parts to Russia.
