Now the concept of "automated intelligent agent" will be introduced. THIS is software for sending voice messages (answers) and programs with "speech generation and recognition" that are able to support certain conversation scenarios. Calls from robot collectors will be equated to the actions of a human claimant, and their frequency and time will also be limited. Restrictions will also apply to messages in social networks and instant messengers.
