At yesterday's auction, the price of blue fuel for the first time in history exceeded $3,000 per thousand cubic meters. The price increase is due to the decision of the Russian Gazprom to suspend gas transportation via Nord Stream for three days due to the maintenance of the only working gas pumping unit. The gas pipeline is currently operating at 20% of its design capacity (33 million cubic meters per day).
Recall that in mid-July, gas at the TTF was traded at $1,764 per thousand cubic meters, and since the beginning of August - $2,237.
