This month, Samsonite outlets began to open in Russia, but already under the banner of "Suitcase Pro". Such stores were opened in the Metropolis, Atrium and European shopping centers in Moscow, Greenwich in Yekaterinburg.
The network positions itself as a multi-brand and sells Samsonite, American Tourister, Lipault, Tumi - all these brands are owned by Samsonite International. It is likely that new business owners will have to carry out deliveries under the parallel import scheme, experts say. Daily losses from store closures amounted to 2.5 million rubles.
On the territory of the Russian Federation, the American company had 37 stores under direct management.
On August 22, it became known that the shoe stores of the American shoe manufacturer Crocs resumed work in Russia. The decision to suspend consumer business, including electronic sales, the company took in March. The official website of Crocs in Russia does not work.
