To the publication, he attached a message from this society regarding the detention of the ex-mayor. It notes that the company sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office, initiated the initiation of a criminal case and gave it a wide resonance in the information field.

"We are confident that he must answer to the fullest extent of the law for the crimes committed", - the message says.

It's worth reminding that Yevgeny Roizman was detained on August 24. His home was searched. The court on August 25 prohibited him from certain actions. In particular, until September 29, he is forbidden to visit public places, use communications and the Internet.

The case against the former mayor was initiated under the article on discrediting the Russian army. Kommersant previously reported that the reason for initiating the case was a live broadcast with answers to questions from subscribers on the social network. Earlier, the former mayor was also fined three times under the article on discrediting the Russian military. The total amount of the fine was 150 thousand rubles.
