The problem can be solved by lowering the price per square meter of housing. In addition, mortgage programs should be made more accessible.
To date, in the structure of the debts of Russians, mortgages for the first time exceeded the share of 51%. By the end of the year, experts expect to see an increase of up to 53% - up to 12.9 trillion rubles. At the same time, at least 40% of families in the Russian Federation cannot even get a preferential mortgage.
