Kursk governor announced a new shelling of the village of Tetkino

On the morning of September 12, the Russian village of Tetkino, bordering Ukraine, came under fire again. This was announced by the head of the region Roman Starovoit.

According to the governor, about a dozen shells flew into Tetkino from Ukraine.

Belopolskaya Street suffered the most.

“The warning system worked on time, there were no casualties. However, damage to eight houses has been previously established,” Starovoit said in a statement.

Along with residential buildings, the outbuildings of the residents of the village were damaged. One family had a fence collapsed by shells. A private car also came under fire.

On the part of the communal infrastructure, there are also damages: a gas pipeline was broken, electricity was lost in the area of shelling.

Emergency services have already begun to eliminate the consequences of the shelling. The amount of damage has not yet been named. The authorities promised to provide assistance to residents whose property was damaged by artillery strikes.

Earlier, the village of Tetkino had already been shelled several times. During one of the raids, a man was killed.

According to Kommersant , a yellow level of terrorist danger has been in effect in the Kursk region since the end of April. At the end of May, additional troops were transferred to the region, including artillery.
