Rumors about evacuation denied in Belgorod region

On September 11, Aleksey Dybov, head of the administration of the Valuysky urban district of the Belgorod region, addressed the residents of the district. He said that rumors about the evacuation and other fake information are spreading on social networks.
"Please don't panic. I will inform you about everything that happens", - Bel.ru quotes Dybov's words.
Yesterday, September 11, it was reported that a failure in the operation of the Yuzhnaya substation partially left Belgorod without electricity. Before that, on Thursday, a major accident occurred at the substation. Now the power engineers promise that they will return electricity to the houses of Belgorod residents within a few hours, Mayor Anton Ivanov said.
