When entering Latvia, Russian citizens are required to condemn the government of the Russian Federation

From September 19, Latvia will restrict the entry of Russians into the European Union through its border "for security reasons".

After the Baltic countries, with the support of Poland, failed to achieve a complete ban on the entry of Russian citizens into the EU, on September 8, Riga, Vilnius, Warsaw and Tallinn agreed to introduce appropriate restrictions at the national level.
