Summons from the military commissariats began to come to them already in the very first hours after the announcement of mobilization. But until recently, the authorities complained about the massive outflow of these people abroad and took all sorts of measures to stop it. And yet…
Nikolai Apurin, a businessman who owns one of the domestic IT companies, which also fulfills state orders, even turned to the authorities with a request for help. Here is what he writes on his blog:
“Most IT specialists in our company do not have IT diplomas.
Because 1 person in the office received a summons for registration - a "panic" began. At the moment, more than 30 people are ready to give up everything and leave without paying wages. For us, this is a disaster. Especially at the end of the year.
Therefore we offer
