This document refers to the organization at the traffic police posts of three jobs for employees of military registration and enlistment offices. The employees of the posts, according to this document, are instructed to stop all passenger cars driven by male Russians, check their documents, and then send them to representatives of the military registration and enlistment offices. Mobile groups with two traffic police officers and two representatives of military enlistment offices will be on duty on internal roads.
"The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia officially declares that this published scan of the alleged instructions of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is fake, and the information contained in this "document" is false", - the ministry said in a statement.
The department urged residents of the country to use only official sources of information and not to spread fakes.
