Arnest Group bought Russian business from American Ball for $530 million

The American manufacturer of aluminum cans, Ball Corporation, has completed the sale of the Russian business by transferring three plants in the Moscow, Leningrad and Chelyabinsk regions to the Arnest group of companies.
"This decision is the result of many months of deliberation, as a result of which a solution was found that best secures the future of Ball's colleagues and assets in Russia. We believe that this is a reasonable result for Ball in these geopolitical circumstances", - said the CEO of the American company Dan Fisher.
Ball has over 900 employees. An American company uses aluminum produced by Rusal to produce cans. Recall that "Arnest" is one of the Russian manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics and household chemicals, which owns a number of industries, including in the Stavropol Territory.
