"Tomorrow we will open the application form for exemption from conscription ... There is a lot of data. To speed up the process, we believe that the employee will enter this data exactly correctly, and we will not lose time while the personnel departments collect this information”, - Shadayev said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense published clarifications on the categories of citizens who will not be affected by the partial mobilization announced in the country on September 21.

Today, the telegram channel “Explain.rf” published a message according to which university students who have passed the military department while studying at the bachelor’s degree, retain a deferment from partial mobilization upon admission to the magistracy, and when they enter the specialty, they are deprived of this right.
