The condition of the military commissar wounded in Ust-Ilimsk has stabilized

“The condition is extremely serious, but stable, it is not worsening,” the Ministry of Health reports TASS.

The issue of transporting the patient to Irkutsk is currently being resolved. The state of the military commissar allows this to be done, but now the weather conditions interfere.

Recall that on September 26, a local resident Ruslan Zinin entered the military registration and enlistment office and shot at the chief.

During the shooting, no one except the military commissar was injured. The head of the commissariat received six shots in the chest.

Zinin was detained. His mother later said she didn't know where her son got the weapon.
