“The leadership of the military registration and enlistment office has changed due to this situation with partial mobilization, I turned to the commander of the Eastern District. And a professional officer was sent here, who organized the work of the military registration and enlistment office, which was disorganized in the early days", - RIA Novosti quotes the words of the governor.

According to the head of the region, the new officer "due to his professional and strong-willed qualities put everything in its place."

“A candidate is being selected on a permanent basis by order of the district commander for Magadan,” the head of the region said.

Earlier it was reported that after the announcement of partial mobilization, residents of the Magadan region bombarded the governor with complaints about the arbitrariness of the military commissar in organizing the draft. Only the regional ombudsman received 300 appeals on this issue. In the army on the territory of the subject began to illegally take large families, the sick and pensioners. Now specialists deal with each of the complaints. Illegally called up promise to return home.

Mobilization in the country began on September 21 by presidential decree. Only those who had already served in the army and had combat experience fell under the concept of partial mobilization. However, everywhere there were facts of conscription of people without any experience, without the necessary medical examination to identify the state of health, without taking into account the social status and the rights that a person has to defer due to various circumstances. The number of complaints across the country is in the thousands. Against the background of the arbitrariness of the authorities and the mass discontent of citizens, arson of military registration and enlistment offices began in a number of regions. In Ust-Ilimsk, a local resident, outraged by the arbitrariness of the authorities and the illegal mobilization of a non-serving friend, broke into the military enlistment office and shot the head of the commissariat.

At the same time, Prime Minister Mikhail Mushustin instructed officials to better inform people about the mobilization in order to minimize the number of violations.
