Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky has said that he and Russian President Vladimir Putin "will have nothing to talk about" if Moscow recognizes the results of referendums in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

During a meeting of the UN Security Council, Zelensky demanded "immediate action" from the members of the organization, saying that official Moscow "already despises the UN Charter".

“Recognition by Russia of fictitious referendums as supposedly normal, the implementation of the so-called Crimean scenario and another attempt to annex the territory of Ukraine will mean that there is nothing to talk about with this Russian president”, - Zelensky said.

He added that "annexation" is Putin's main step, which "puts him alone against all mankind".

Meanwhile, it became known that 99.23% of voters voted for the entry of the DPR into Russia in a referendum. 2,133,326 voters participated in the voting - 97.51% of the total number of voters.
