The Bank of Russia has begun compiling lists of employees who should be provided with a reservation against partial mobilization. Employees of almost 100 banks should be included in the register.

According to Kommersant , no more than 30% of employees of credit institutions with higher education and a critical position can get on the coveted lists.

To include valuable banking employees in the booking lists, the Central Bank requested data from almost a hundred banks.

“By September 28, almost a hundred credit institutions and banking groups, including all systemically important banks, had to send lists to the regulator,” Forbes notes.

After the formation of the general booking list, the Central Bank will send it to the General Staff.

Only persons with higher education in a critical position can be included in the list of persons protected from conscription. Banks have the right to include no more than 30% of the personnel of a credit institution in the booking list. Similar lists are formed by insurers.

In the country's largest banks, at least 1,000 employees are subject to mobilization. The Central Bank noted that the reservation will be provided primarily to those responsible for critical infrastructure, payments and settlements, and the operation of information systems. They plan to release collectors, workers on duty shifts and employees of departments for working with the population and enterprises from the draft.

Partial mobilization in the country was announced on September 21 by decree of President Vladimir Putin. It will affect at least 300,000 people. Upon learning of the mobilization, hundreds of thousands of citizens who did not want to participate in the Russian military campaign in Ukraine urgently left the country .
