The recordings show how a serviceman dressed in camouflage, who is in excellent physical shape, easily enters from the street through the window, then jumps into the entrance and opens the door from the inside to a group of his colleagues who were waiting for him outside, accompanied by a uniformed employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The purpose of the penetration of the “fortochniks” into the houses of the inhabitants of Primorye was the delivery of summons for mobilization, the telegram channel “ChTD” notes.

Obviously, no one opened the doors to the messengers of the draft boards, so they decided to “show resourcefulness” and get into the entrance in an unusual way through the window to hand over the summons.

Earlier it was reported that in Moscow the military commissariats began gluing subpoenas on the doors of apartments where they were not opened.

Partial mobilization in the country was announced on September 21 by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The purpose of the mobilization is to continue the military special operation of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The action turned out to be extremely unpopular with the Russians. Upon learning of the mobilization, hundreds of thousands of citizens urgently left the country.
