Agreements on the entry of the LDNR, Kherson and Zaporozhye into the Russian Federation, President Putin signed on September 30 following the results of referendums held on these lands. Western countries said they would not recognize their results. Against the backdrop of the ongoing military special operation of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the federal budget for the new year was drawn up with a deficit of 3 trillion rubles. The government plans to take the missing money from "internal reserves".
On the eve it became known that the rector of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra was detained at the border for smuggling church valuables, and Prilepin's party took the initiative to introduce an additional "military tax" in the Russian Federation for citizens who did not serve in the army and are not subject to mobilization.
