According to Kommersant, two new services were opened on the public services website after the start of partial mobilization.
One of them is for receiving complaints about errors in mobilization and illegal conscription, the second is for those who want to sign up as volunteers.
The form for appealing the summons for mobilization in public services can be filled out either on your own or with the help of relatives.
According to Chernyshenko, more than 70,000 people have already expressed their desire to sign up as a volunteer through public services.
At the same time, the number of complaints received from Russians about the illegal conscription of large, sick and old people is not specified.
The authorities indicated that those wishing to mobilize voluntarily do not need to be in the reserves or have experience in military service. Those who are engaged in shooting sports, are members of a hunting organization, a Cossack community, or have served in a law enforcement agency, may be considered fit for mobilization.
Partial mobilization in the country began on September 21 by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. At the first stage, 300,000 Russians were planned to be drafted into the troops. It was supposed to send to the front line those who had previously served, had combat experience, and were suitable for age and health.
But in practice, military registration and enlistment offices began to forcibly take away people without experience, as well as pacifists who refuse to take up arms because of their convictions, pensioners and seriously ill people who are not capable of serving.
This situation caused a flurry of complaints and led to the mass return of some of the illegally mobilized citizens home. At the same time, in a number of regions where especially numerous violations of the rights of citizens were recorded, military commissars were fired from their jobs.
