Erdogan and Pashinyan to hold first face-to-face meeting

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will hold their first face-to-face meeting. According to Turkish media, the meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 6 at 19:00 and will be held in Prague.

“Tomorrow at 19:00 Turkish time, President Erdogan will hold a bilateral meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan in Prague”, - the Milliyet newspaper reported .

Similar information was published by another Turkish publication - Sabah. According to Turkish journalists, Erdogan will offer Pashinyan to hold meetings of special representatives of the two countries, and the negotiations themselves should be held alternately in Turkey and Armenia, as well as in third countries. The Turkish leader is expected to promote the signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
