The government listed good reasons for non-appearance at the military enlistment office on the agenda

According to the explanations on the website "Obyasnyayem.rf" ("Explaining" - editor's note), valid reasons for non-appearance on the agenda include:

• loss of ability to work due to illness or injury of a citizen.
• the serious state of health of the father, mother, wife, husband, child, brother or sister, grandfather, grandmother or adoptive parent of a citizen, or participation in the funeral of these persons.
• an obstacle that arose as a result of force majeure, or another circumstance beyond the control of the citizen (for example, a natural disaster).
• other reasons recognized as valid by the draft board.

It is noted that the listed reasons are considered valid only if the listed circumstances are documented. After the expiration of the valid reason, the persons liable for military service, who were served with the summons, are obliged to arrive at the military registration and enlistment office. The occurrence of a valid reason for non-appearance does not provide for the delivery of an additional summons (summon) to visit the military commissariat.
