“Military pensioners are called up for mobilization if their state of health and the existing military specialty meet the requirements of the call,” the report says.

Those military pensioners who consider themselves fit for military service are recommended to contact the military registration and enlistment offices and declare their desire.

It should be noted that in a number of Russian regions - for example, in the Oryol region - mobilization has already been stopped .

Partial mobilization in the country began on September 21 by decree of President Vladimir Putin. In two weeks, more than 200,000 reservists out of the planned 300,000 were sent to the troops.
