In a number of regions of Ukraine, after the shelling, problems arose with the operation of electrical systems and water supply. Some regional centers were left without electricity. Local residents also had problems accessing the Internet.

According to Kommersant, Lviv was left without electricity after the strike on the thermal power plant. Lviv Mayor Andrey Sadovoy announced the suspension of hot water supply. He added that a third of the traffic lights in the city do not work.

According to the publication, in the Poltava and Sumy regions there are interruptions in electricity and water supply. Light and water have gone out in Kharkov. In addition, the work of the metro was suspended, the movement of ground electric transport stopped. Residents of Khmelnitsky report similar problems. Electric transport has been suspended in the city. Traffic lights don't work.

Earlier today it became known about explosions in major Ukrainian cities, including Kiev. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the information about shelling of critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine. According to the head of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, at least 75 missiles were fired across the territory of the republic.
