Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev made a statement about his personal attitude to the partial mobilization campaign in Russia.

Medvedev said that now the mobilization is taking place as "it can take place in a country where it has not been for more than 80 years", - Kommersant notes.

As journalist Nadana Friedrichson pointed out, Medvedev answered her questions in writing regarding mobilization and the military operation as a whole.

“There is true patriotism, there are human emotions, there is standard gouging", - the journalist cites Medvedev’s response in her Telegram channel.

Medvedev believes that the main thing in the course of the military operation is that “the country has united to protect our people and the Fatherland".

“And this is the guarantee of our unconditional victory", - said the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council.

Partial mobilization in the Russian Federation has been ongoing since September 21 of this year by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Over 200 thousand people were sent to the troops in the first two weeks. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of Russians who did not agree to participate in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine hastily left the Russian Federation. The Kremlin denied data that after the start of mobilization, 700,000 people fled the country. However, exact official data on the number of those who left the Russian Federation since the release of the decree on mobilization has not yet been presented.
