Russian President Vladimir Putin warned against attempts to carry out terrorist attacks on the country's territory and threatened with a harsh response to these actions.

"This morning, at the suggestion of the Ministry of Defense and the plan of the General Staff, a massive strike was inflicted by high-precision long-range weapons of air, sea and land-based systems on energy, military command and communications facilities of Ukraine. If attempts to carry out terrorist attacks on our territory continue, responses from Russia will be tough and in their own scale will correspond to the level of threats posed by the Russian Federation. No one should have any doubts about this," the Russian president said.

Vladimir Putin said that the Kiev regime is responsible for the explosion on the Crimean bridge. According to the President, the results of the examinations confirm that the October 8 explosion on the bridge was a terrorist attack aimed at destroying critical civilian infrastructure. "It is simply impossible to leave crimes of this kind unanswered," the Russian president said, adding that by such actions the Kyiv regime puts itself on a par with international terrorist groups.
