Ukrainian media reported repeated explosions in Vinnitsa and Rovno regions

“There are reports of explosions in the Rovno region... There is also a report of explosions in the Vinnitsa region”, - Ukrainian Channel 5 reports (quoted by RIA Novosti).

Local sources report on the work of air defense throughout Ukraine. Along with this, there are reports of explosions in large Ukrainian cities.

The day before, a massive blow was dealt to energy facilities, military command and communications of Ukraine. After that, there are interruptions in water and energy supply, communications and access to the Internet in the country. In many Ukrainian cities, the operation of electric transport has been suspended. Earlier today it became known that rolling blackouts are being introduced in Kiev and the Kiev region due to a lack of energy capacity.
