The number of job seekers interested in vacancies placed by the country's defense enterprises by 44% exceeded the August figure by 44% in September. In addition, over the same period, the number of such vacancies increased by 7%, according to the website of the Zarplaty.ru research center, based on an analysis of more than 10,000 placed on the defense production service in Russian cities.
An increase in applicant responses can be noted in the following areas:
economist - 29%;
procurement specialist - 40%;
storekeeper - 56%;
site foreman - 57%;
supply manager - 69%;
mechanical assembly fitter - 78%;
process engineer - 84%;
procurement specialist - by 89%.
Among the highest paid vacancies in this area with the salary indicated in the announcement, included:
- a turner at the Kemerovo Mechanical Plant - up to 85 thousand rubles;
- Leading software engineer in the branch of PJSC Company Sukhoi NAZ named after. V.P. Chkalov - from 100 thousand rubles;
- operator of machine tools with program control in the branch of JSC UEC OMO im. P.I. Baranov - from 150 thousand rubles;
- a mechanic for the repair of military and special vehicles at the Uraltransmash plant - from 150 thousand rubles.
In addition, experts note that the defense industry provides for the possibility of advanced training, as well as an expanded social package, including various compensation payments and VHI. Trade union organizations also operate in the region, which is actually very rare in Russia.
But for some reason, not everyone indicates the presence of armor or a delay from mobilization, which it is possible to provide at defense industry enterprises. But experts have long noted that this option helps to close the vacancy faster. True, as reported on the website of the service, since the end of September, the number of ads indicating the conditions for deferment has increased. Now there are more than 230 of them.
