Prosecutors in the regions of the Russian Federation should work with each individual appeal of Russians on issues of partial mobilization for no longer than three days. This was stated by Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov.

According to him, the number of complaints about the mobilization is already in the thousands. When studying the problems that have arisen, thanks to the intervention of prosecutors, in Chelyabinsk it was possible to cancel the conscription of the father of a disabled child, in Makhachkala - a father of many children, and in the Urals - the illegal conscription of a seriously ill patient with diabetes mellitus into the army.

“Thousands of citizens applied to the prosecutors for a personal reception. For each appeal, operational thorough checks are carried out, ” RBC quotes the Prosecutor General.

The prosecutor advised citizens who are not subject to conscription, but who have received subpoenas, to come to the military registration and enlistment offices and present the documents necessary for issuing a deferment.

Partial mobilization in Russia continues from September 21. 200,000 people have already been sent to the troops. In many regions, the sick, large families, students and pensioners are illegally called up, who should not be subject to mobilization. Some citizens have to turn to human rights activists and sue military registration and enlistment offices because of illegal conscription.
