The head of the Belgorod region signed a resolution on the completion of partial mobilization

“On November 1, Vyacheslav Gladkov signed a resolution on the completion of partial mobilization in the Belgorod Region. The premises allocated for this by the local authorities will be vacated. Until November 10, the governor will be informed about the implementation of all mobilization measures, ”the local publication Bel.ru reports .

According to the source, the issuance of deferment certificates will be stopped for those liable for military service in the region. Previously issued certificates will be withdrawn. Gladkov announced the completion of mobilization in the Belgorod region on October 31.

As Podyom notes , in Moscow, mobilization activities were stopped after a corresponding statement by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. At the moment, there has been no information that the Moscow mayor signed the decrees. The premises of the capital, including the theater and the museum, occupied by military registration and enlistment offices, were vacated the next day.
