Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a one-time payment of 195,000 rubles to mobilized and military personnel who are serving under a contract in the Russian Armed Forces.

The corresponding decree of the head of state is published on the portal of legal information.

“This decree applies to legal relations that have arisen since September 21, 2022,” the document says.

Vladimir Putin previously announced the corresponding payment. Then the Minister of Defense of the country, Sergei Shoigu, assured that all those mobilized would receive these payments. There are funds for these purposes. However, on November 2, mobilized residents of Ulyanovsk staged a protest in one of the military units due to the lack of promised payments. Later, the officers were able to convince them that they would receive the payments due to the mobilized.

Measures for the partial mobilization of those liable for military service have now been completed.
