15 people died as a result of setting firecrackers in a cafe in Kostroma

The cause of the fire could be the use of a rocket launcher or flare gun, the publication clarifies. It is noted that there was a conflict in the cafe. One of its participants used pyrotechnics for self-defense, which provoked a fire in the building.

"Two more bodies of the dead have been recovered. Thus, the number of victims has reached 15 people", - the publication reports, citing rescuers.
As a result of heavy smoke, people had to be evacuated from a neighboring house.
After the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article on causing death by negligence.
