In Kostroma, the alleged culprit of the fire in the cafe was arrested

Recall that the fire in the club "Polygon" occurred on November 5. As a result of the tragedy, 13 people died and six were injured. The cause of the fire was a shot from a rocket launcher at the ceiling of the establishment. As part of the criminal case on the fact of the fire, the alleged shooter, 23-year-old Stanislav Ionkin, and the director of the Imperia company, Natalia Belenogova, who was in charge of the cafe, were detained. In addition, a criminal case was initiated on negligence against officials due to non-compliance with fire safety requirements at the facility, including due to the lack of inspections.
