63% of employers refused to issue New Year's bonuses

63% of Russian employers who participated in the survey of the Rabota.ru and SberPodpor services said they would not pay their employees New Year's bonuses. Compared to 2021, such premiums in the country will be paid half as often.

According to RBC, referring to the results of the survey, 37% of respondents intend to pay bonuses for the New Year, 21% of them are going to congratulate all employees, 16% will do it selectively. Basically, the awards will be issued by companies in the field of production and agro-industry, trade.

Earlier, experts noted that 88% of Russian companies increased the salaries of employees from May 2021 to April 2022. The size of wage funds increased by an average of 8%. This is 3% more than in previous years and one and a half times more than the level planned by the companies.
