North Korea denies allegations of arms sales to Russia

This was reported by the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea. Earlier, Washington threatened North Korea with new sanctions due to the fact that it allegedly supplies Russia with large quantities of artillery shells.

North Korea denied similar US allegations back in September. At that time, official Pyongyang pointed out that the country did not have the right to supply weapons and ammunition to Moscow. US State Department spokesman Ned Price insisted that the North Korean authorities are hiding the supply of arms to Russia and presenting them as deliveries to the countries of the Middle East or North Africa.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya called such accusations unsubstantiated.
