A database of more than 2.1 million users of the Russian video service Yappy from Gazprom-Media was seen in the public domain. It was discovered by the Data1eaks Telegram channel, which specializes in finding personal data leaks. According to the source, the database was published by “pro-Ukrainian hackers”.

“We have processed the data from the YAPPY leak: It contains 2,160,348 unique phones,” Data1eaks said in a post .

The relevance of the database is indicated - 07/01/2022. In a previous message from the source, information was leaked about almost 2.65 million accounts. The database is presented in the form of four tables, where phone numbers, device model and OS version, nicknames, names, surnames of users, associated identifiers of third-party services such as VK and Google, and other technical details are indicated.

Yappy is a Russian social network from Gazprom-Media, which was launched in November 2021. The platform is similar to TikTok, where users can watch short vertical videos and upload them.
