According to the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, journalist Dmitry Kolezev has been put on the wanted list. He is wanted under a criminal article, but it is not specified under which one.

“Dmitry Evgenievich Kolezev, born in 1984, is wanted under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs database says (TASS quote ).

According to TASS, referring to information from open sources, the journalist had previously left Russia.

Kolezev himself said that he did not know under what article a criminal case was brought against him. He suggested that he could be suspected of fake news about the RF Armed Forces or discrediting the RF Armed Forces.

“Some time ago, I was warned by my acquaintances in Russia that the FSB was ordering expert examinations on some of my publications (and, as I was told, some experts refused to look for the composition - thanks to them). Most likely, either fakes about the RF Armed Forces, or discrediting the RF Armed Forces, of course, ” Kolezev said on his Telegram channel (quote from Kommersant ).

According to Kommersant, the journalist left the Russian Federation after the start of a special operation in Ukraine and now lives in Lithuania-Vilnius.
