Belarus has taken a new step towards final unification with Russia, this time in the field of catering: now, instead of McDonald's, there will be Vkusno-i Tochka restaurants there, the press service of this fast food restaurant chain reports . The company has already signed a franchise agreement with KSB Victory Restaurants, which manages the McDonald's network in Belarus. After the completion of the transaction, McDonald's restaurants in Belarus will be renamed "Tasty - and that's it".

The replacement of American with Russian will take place within a few weeks, the businessmen promise. “We will announce in advance the exact date of commencement of work under the Vkusno-i Dot brand and answer all your questions related to the continuation of the company’s work”, - the announcement says.

The only oddity here is that this decision is purely voluntary: the American corporation has not announced its desire to leave the Belarusian market.

The new owners promise to keep jobs and hospitality of employees, and leave the menu "as diverse as the list of candidates for the presidency of the republic...", - journalists joke. We'll be in New York soon...
