Vladimir Putin proposed to deprive acquired citizenship for fakes about the army

If the amendments are adopted, the FSB will establish the facts of threatening actions for the security of the country, which may lead to deprivation of citizenship.

“Citizenship of the Russian Federation is terminated... if a citizen of the Russian Federation who has acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation... has committed actions that pose a threat to the security of the Russian Federation... regardless of the time of the actions that pose a threat to the security of the Russian Federation, and the date of detection of the fact of such actions”, - the amendment says.

In the first reading, the law was adopted in April.

Last week the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection announced its intention to expand the list of professions, the holders of which are entitled to obtain Russian citizenship in a simplified manner. So, drone operators and crane operators will be added to the list.
